After searching for this shower curtain through many sights I thought I would save a few dollars and order from Hayneedle (for the first time). It took over 30 days to receive my back ordered item and when I received it there were two very obvious flaws. The only good experience was with customer service rep who refunded my money immediately including shipping charges. I did not have to send the product back to their store.
