Whether your sausage is destined for the grill or a casserole, the LEM 733A Stainless Steel Manual or Motorized Meat Mixer - 25 lb. will churn out quality, homemade sausage that's as spicy or bland as you like it. Simply combine the seasonings, water, and meat in the hopper and mix for a few minutes to create the perfect taste treat. The hopper and four mixing paddles are made from easy-to-clean, rust-resistant stainless steel. Swivel feet underneath compensate for uneven surfaces, and a Plexiglas cover is included for safety. Use manually with the handle provided or attach to any current or previous LEM stainless steel grinders .35 HP or larger (does not attach to grinders purchased before 2002). Motor not included.
