The Little Castle Cottage SS Glider with Optional Ottoman features a deep cushion seat and a soft pillow back. The back pillow is channeled to keep its comfort and shape through the years. The seat cushion is made of 1.8-density soft foam core wrapped with polyester fiber. The nine-gauge, no-sag springs are closely spaced to provide reliable support. The tall back and high armrests will help you cradle your baby by taking some of the weight off your own arms and letting your neck and back relax.
This nursery glider is constructed of a durable hardwood frame with triple reinforced joints attached to a steel tubular ring base. It swivels and glides smoothly on attached 51 ball bearings. This glider is available in a wide array of fabrics, patterns, and colors. You'll have no trouble finding a sweet or exciting pattern to suit the style of your nursery.

This is so comfortable. I searched and searched for a chair. It had to be one that swivels and either rocked or glided. I got the swivel/glider. It's not a show piece but I'd take the comfort of it any day over showmanship. It glides smoothly (I had a rocker for years) and the swivel is better than sliced bread. I'm an older woman with health issues and use it as my "woman-cave" chair. I watch TV, read and generally relax in it. I can see where this would be wonderful for new mothers too. By the way, I got the microfiber Taupe and do like it a lot. If you want comfort and a small area to place it in, this is it!!

I have this chair at my daughter's nursery. I ordered it with the bliss ivory fabric and it's stunning. It does get dirty pretty fast and it's hard to clean. I have to use the stain remover spray and just try to wipe it clean with a rag.. It's very comfortable and i have received plenty of compliments. It's on the smaller side which i love because it's not taking that much space. And like the other review mentioned, it costs a bit more than an average glider but it is beautiful, those other gliders can't even compare to this one. This is a glider AND a decoration piece !

I will be using this chair to feed my baby and rock my baby. I love it because it is a real chair and not like the ugly gliders out there that cost just as much. The wheat color was much lighter than I anticipated but it still is gorgeous. I'm very happy with my purchase even if it was a bit above budget.
