Description
The Little Giant Steel Wagon will make nursery or gardening chores more lax and less laborious. The smooth 12-gauge steel deck is built to withstand loads up to 3000 pounds. The steel wagon has 16-inch pneumatic 4-ply wheels. Transportation is easy with a fifth-wheel style steering system and an ergonomic handle. Ships fully assembled. Small: 48L x 24W x 24H inches. Large: 60L x 30W x 24H inches.
Fifth-wheel steering describes a type of steering where the front wheels and axle assembly pivot on a center point, which is referred to as the fifth wheel. Because the steering wheels encounter less friction when turning than would be encountered in a swivel caster, wagon trucks with fifth-wheel steering can be easier to maneuver under heavier load conditions. This is especially true when softer, wider pneumatic wheels are required because of use on rough or uneven surfaces. Wagon trucks with this type of steering are typically pulled, but can also be pushed. A T-handle with vinyl handgrips allows two-person operation.
