The instructions and diagrams are horrible, reminds me of the Japanese stuff in the 60's and 70's. Some of the hardware did not fit and the top rail was bent. I had to fix all of this before I could assemble the swing.
Next purchase will have to say Made in USA

I have had recent experience putting together items-two desks, a TV stand. Though there are not as many parts here, I found the instructions incomplete and left too much to the intuition.

Actually we really love the swing but the directions need to be more clearly written. We had to figure out a few things on our won but it wasn't too hard but my husband and I are both handy with tools etc. It looks exactly like the picture but the pictures in the directions are a little hard to understand at first. Also one arm has some of the paint rubbed off as does the metal bar down the middle between the seats. For the money and the free shipping it is a very nice addition to the porch and the awning is adjustable.
