I like that you are to repeat after 10 minutes,as this makes the progress more immediate. I worried that sensitivity would follow this repeat, but it absolutely did not ever make teeth or gums sensitive, and I have sensitive teeth! I learned to hold a cotton pad both inside bottom of teeth and between bottom lip and teeth to absorb saliva that was excellerated by the application; this was in order to keep teeth dry to let product stay on teeth.
