I needed to reurn one of the chair covers that I had purchased. I attempted to process the request online but was directed to call customer service. The Rep advised that I could not process the return request online as returns must be made within 30 days -- despite the fact that I had placed the order less than 14 days ago. After several minutes of "research", she advised that she was able to process the return. I would need to wait for an email with further instructions for shipment as they provide no automated return labels. I did not have a good experience with their claim for easy, hassle-free returns.
