It features a lush blue, double-enameled exterior with elegant stainless steel accents. This pan is constructed of enamel-coated carbon steel with a double nonstick-coated interior. The coatings are chip- and crack-resistant, so this pan is durable enough for everyday use. It also features Bakelite heat-resistant, cool-touch handles that are heat-resistant to 572°F. The diffused base allows the pan to heat up quickly and cook foods evenly. This paella pan is dishwasher-safe, so cleanup is easy. It includes a one-year warranty.
