We were looking for a larger hanging pot rack that could hold the weight of our numerous cast irons skillets, wok, etc. This thick guage iron rack has worked out perfectly. The smaller interior grid is nice to hold smaller pots and pans. We have the medium size rack and have 13 pots hanging off of it and room for more.
Given all the cast iron weight we would be supporting it took me a couple of weeks to fgure out how to support it from above. I didn't want to trust screws vertically screwed into ceiling joists. Took two 2X4X8s and had them span 3 ceiling joists in the attic. Purchased 1 foot sections of 10/24 threaded rod to attached to the ceiling hooks and then go up into the attic and thru holes drilled in the 2X4s. Flat washer, lock washer and nuts at the top of the 2X4 completed the install. If this rack comes down, so will the ceiling and roof.

Each time I checked the site, the order was supposedly being prepared for delivery on the 27th. It showed up completely unexpected 2 weeks early. Not that I mind having it early, but don't offer shipping info if you're not going to bother to put any useful information in it.

We recently received this pot rack and were impressed by how sturdy it is. My main issue is with the paint. We selected basic black. The paint rubs off the grid portion of the rack very easily. Each time we place a pot, pain is removed; very disappointing. We will have to have the pot rack sand blasted and coated properly if we are to experience reasonable use.

Ordered for a chef that is in kitchen all day with not enough cabinets. The top grid is a must, it makes top area a shelf for big pots. The look is very function over form, and makes the kitchen look professional. It seemed the rack was custom made for my order because it took a few days to ship, but was well worth the wait. Setting hooks into ceiling joists is a must, the rack and all the pots becomes pretty heavy. This was perfect, exactly what I/we were looking for!! Especially at the price!!
