It's a nice and unique product. But I feel really ripped off from Hayneedle when there is a MSRP price on the side of the box for [$]. Hayneedle charges [$]! I don't think I ever paid more than list price for anything in my life!If you like it, buy it from somewhere else.

Not happy with this. On the top edge there was a large chip and there were also many small chips on the sides where the black stripe and wicker look is at. Also, the bottom of the pan has tiny vent holes in it which the soot and ash fall through onto your patio. We had to put a tin pie plate under neath of it. When we called in to customer service, they said we could ship it back or get 10% off. We didnt want the hassle of boxing it all back up and taking to the postal store, so we got our tiny little discount.

It was a great experience. this is my second purchase through hayneedle. Each time the product arrive on time and we are pleased with both. would definately do it again. We love the fire pit. Used it the next night it looks nice on our patio. It will make sitting outside on our patio an enjoyable time.
