My only complaint is that it's designed to be hung on beams that are 16inches apart. Our house beams are 24inches apart so we had to buy chains and be a little more creative in the installation. The color was also a little lighter than expected. But other than that, a great product! It's well built and seems to hold quite a bit of weight.
