It's very good overall. We can put it out in the yard when the weather is nice to save money on drying. It folds up when we are done and we put it back into the shed. The top piece doesn't lock into place, but it is usable anyway. The lines are really close together, but that's okay with me. There are so many of them that I don't need them all. It holds a lot of laundry.

Purchased the umbrella clothesline because my dryer quit working. Love the smell and the feel of clothes after they've been dried with fresh air and sunshine.
