I ordered 2 and one didn't light up. I e-mailed to ask about the return policy and was told to throw the old one away. They refunded the price before I could just ask for a new one. So I ordered a replacement, it arrived promptly and worked fine. Now that's SERVICE!

First pair were damaged/defective. Cust svc made good immediately, no problem. Second pair was fine. Kudos to Hayneedle!
The tikis look great outside. Better in a spot where a bit of light will illuminate the body. otherwise, all you see are 3 amber lights in the darkness.

I ordered two of these and they are really attractive. The service was fast and professional. However, the solar did not work in one of them. Yes I changed batteries, checked switch, etc. Lets see how easy the return policy is!

The eyes and torch light up brighter than what I would have thought and it is quite a unique sight! Very cool and unique piece that I can't wait to use on our tiki bar dock. The torch was broken upon arrival, but it was easier for us to glue it than to go through the return/exchange process.
