Make enough chili for the whole gang! Steam/poach vegetables, seafood, and poultry. Slow cooks less tender cuts of meat, too. The unique "Circle of Heat" heating element provides moist, even cooking. The cool-touch handles allow you to easily transport your heated food from the heatwell to the serving space. The removable cookwell can be stored in the refrigerator and washed in a dishwasher. Do not place the heatwell in the dishwasher or immerse in water. Wash the cover, cookwell, and rack in warm, sudsy water, then rinse and dry.
