Automatic temperature control assures even, energy-efficient cooking, every time. Includes a chrome steel rack with handles for safe, easy insertion and removal of hot foods. Do not place the heatwell in the dishwasher or immerse in water. Wash the cover, cookwell, and rack in warm, sudsy water, then rinse and dry.
