Assembly was difficult to say the least. Very few pieces labeled and many pieces of the wood were soft and split easily. needed to read Instructions multiple times and found numerous mistakes in the procedure. Flaws in pics and in black and white which made thing even more difficult. Assembly time is 2-3 days with 2 good handyman. Cant imagine a novice ever getting it done at all. Finished product looks and is great for the kids but getting it done was Agonizing. Have some wood glue handy and pre drill the holes for the roof and and where the wood appears to split easily

Very nice swing set. As many others had written in the past the main issue is with assembly. The boxes aren't grouped to each section so you MUST open all boxes and layout all the pieces. My husband is excellent with putting things together and also had an extra hand and it still took 21/2 days to put it together. [...] The wood is also soft so will probably get some deep scratches easily plus some wood split/splintered when putting in screws. Just be careful. Overall our 2 year old is on it all the time. That is what it was all about.
