Because this unit's made of heavy-duty cast aluminum, it can go directly from stovetop to the oven, or even onto an outdoor grill. The design of the piece is best suited to standard gas or electric stovetops and is not recommended for ceramic or glass stovetops. Made in the USA. A five-year limited manufacturer's warranty is included.

Opened Christmas morning. Washed in hot soapy water. Fixed breakfast eggs just wonderfully. Quesidillas at lunch and pancakes and sausage the next morning. This griddle will get used a lot at our house. And because of it's size, we can all eat together for a change. That's a real plus. Easy clean up. No seasoning necessary with each use. Very practical for a family.
