Purchased this product because of reviews of Open Country products. Some people have had their dehydrators for 20-25 years. New models are made in [*] and the one we purchased just stopped functioning. This is right at the height of dehydrating season. Had to wait 3 weeks for a refund check so we can find something that will last longer. The concept of this dehydrator is great and when it worked it did a great job but reliability is the issue.
