bad customer service
Service and delivery comments:
I ordered 3 for 3 recipients on 12/5. Wanted them delivered by the 19th. The first order went right out, too early for the Christmas present it was supposed to be. At the last minute, on 12/15 I was informed there would be an unspecified delay on the other two. When I called to inquire, I was told the last two would ship on 12/17. ONE shipped and no word on the other. I called day after day on the 3rd and kept getting the response that it would ship "that day". It never happened. On the 20th, I had to order from another company and pay premium shipping. Then, I had trouble trying to cancel the one remaining order. It was a lousy way for me to spend the last few days before Christmas. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPNAY TO ANYONE.

I was able to send this to my mom who lives 3, 000 miles away from us. She lives in upstate NY where it is freezing outside during the winter and it's hard for her to get to the store. She loved this gift and even asked how she can get another bottle of the pear drink. I was very happy that she was very happy with it.
