Arrived with broken regulator. Took numerous calls to the help line, numerous trips to different stores to try to find replacement pieces, too many headaches to try to return. Still unable to resolve problems after more than a month! The paint or stucco or whatever it is on this firepit chips off very easily and it looks super cheap. BEWARE!
