Cleaning this piece is so easy. Simply wash the furniture with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinse with clear water, and dry thoroughly. A clear automobile wax can be applied to smooth frame finishes to provide better protection against harmful ultraviolet exposure and salt air.
Cushion Care
Light stains can be removed with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinsed with clear water, and air dried. Do not dry clean or use a washing machine or dryer. Mildew and heavy stains can be removed with a quality commercial outdoor furniture cleaner and protectant. Please note that some suntan and sun block products may be harmful to cushions. Do not allow such products to come in contact with any seating surfaces to avoid deep penetrating stains, which are not covered under warranty.

Cast aluminum is the most durable outdoor material because it never rusts! It can be hosed off to clean, and even left outdoors year round ... even in harsh, wintery weather. We do recommend covering your cast aluminum furniture if you decide to leave it out year round. It can be cleaned with a mild dish soap and water solution, if needed. Do not use harsh cleaners or chemicals. This furniture has a durable powder coated finish. You can restore its luster by applying clear liquid automotive wax.
Cushion Care
Cushions can be hosed off and allowed to air dry to remove dust and dirt. Spot clean with a mild dish soap and water solution. Use a soft bristle brush if needed. Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaners. Do not machine wash.

Very comfortable. The tilting swivel chairs are nice. However, as with the loveseat, the seatback cushions do not have ties to hold the cushion against the seatback frame. We find that the seatback cushion falls over onto the seat cushion every time you stand up from the swivel chair.

I was a bit skeptical when my wife found your storefront and wanted to make this purchase.
Boy, was I wrong. This is some of the best outdoor furniture we have come across. We were pleasntly surprised on the ease of ordering, the shipping(and speed), the quality of care of the shippers, and the final delivery. The driver was most considerate, he even called to say he could be a bit early, if we wanted (of course we did !).
A great experience all around.
