Order arrived on the stated date. The set is better than I expected for the price, and surprisingly sturdy. There were some scuffs on the chair frames, but not enough to cause me grief. Instructions and assembly are relatively easy for one person, but an assistant is helpful. You will need a 10mm wrench, as the so called wrench supplied is useless. The retro look is great, and you will be happy with this set. Ours will be on a screened-in porch, and should serve us well.

This set takes you back to the 1950's. Back then all of the cheap stuff came from [*]. Now the good stuff comes from Japan and the not so good stuff comes from [*].I bought the set because the price was less than if purchased seperately. The rocker was the first item that I assembled. One of the welds on the rocker was incomplete and iron oxide (RUST) covered the chair as I removed it from the box. As it turns out, the rust was pouring out of the incomplete weld. They give you a small 10mm wrench and an allen wrench to assemble this stuff (what a joke.) If you don't own a metric socket set, you'd do well to buy one before assembling any of this furniture. I also used a 3/8" hex head driver instead of the allen wrench they included. It took me a couple of hours to put it all together, and I have my own tools and a good mechanical aptitude. The biggest pain in the keester was all of the plastic labels that cover the parts. I had to peel them off before putting the stuff together. I also had to use some regular 10mm nuts and bolts from my own stash because the square bolt fittings in the furniture pipes kept rounding out. CHEEP! The rest of the furniture was in good shape, but I hate to think what will happen if it gets wet. The set looks good, and I hope it will last at least 5 years.... but I am not optimistic.

I love this set. It looks great on my porch. Only issue I had was with the assembly of the glider. Had one screw hole on seat not line up straight. This made it a little challanging. I would order it again and will be telling my friends where I got my great retro furniture.

Looks great sitting on the porch of our 1928 colonial,but it is extremely difficult to assemble. The handyman and 2 guys that work with him had to add a bucketful of washers so the bolts could be tightened and stop the chairs and glider from wobbling. The glider doesn't have much gliding action either. On the plus side the set is made of a heavy metal, it is not flimsy.
