This item is defective. One of the eyes is completely stuck - so only one eye moves making the cat look cross-eyed! I contacted Hayneedle to return it. They said all they could offer was an exchange - but that it was out-of-stock. Now I'm being told I could have returned it if it was in the 30 days - and that 'maybe' they will exchange it when it comes back in stock. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE for a defective item that was intended as a gift!!! NEVER AGAIN!
