We bought this desk last year for my 6 year old daughter and it is wonderful. A great piece of furniture that she can grow into. Very stable, sturdy and durable. Not cheap at all.
Just called to purchase the matching hutch and am devestated to learn that the hutch is NOT sold seperately. You can purchase the desk with or without the hutch. We are so disappointed that she will not be able to complete the set. I wish I had known at the time of purchase that the hutch would not be avaialable seperately.

Unfortunately, the desk arrived damaged and there was no option to replace it...return it or take a small credit. I also had to repair the desk drawer as the facing came completely off. The desk was easy to put together and I am happy with the overall look.

It is a good size desk for my 7 year old daughters room. I looked everywhere and am happy with my purchase.
Service and delivery comments:
The desk came quickly, which was nice. After putting it together, by myself, I noticed the edges on the drawer had paint scuffed away and it was already peeling away. I called customer service and they were very helpful. Gave me a discount to keep "as is" instead of having to send it back. The hutch has a missing part so I had to return that box. A little disappointing, but overall....I would buy again from Hayneedle.
