A handsome dark and medium wood two-tone finish produces a natural, rustic beauty that will enhance the appearance of your outdoor setting. This dog house is available Small, Medium, and Large sizes. Assembles in three simple steps.
This Extreme Outback Log Cabin is upgraded in that it features shingle material and feet protection. The Extreme has asphalt shingles to protect against extreme weather conditions. The Extreme model includes waterproof plastic caps for the feet to protect against moisture and extend the life of the dog house.

I bought this house for 3 stray cats who need protection from tropical rains and to keep their food dry. They love it! I raised it up so the cats hide underneath, they use the inside and sit on the roof. It was so easy to assemble. I added a layer of polyurethane for extra protection. To decorate, I put big wooden letters on the front that say "Cats" and added a cat siloette. It is so cute!

I have an eight month old German Shepherd who likes to bite. From day one, this pup started gnawing on the sides, door opening, edges of roof, you name it. Finally, after having the dog house for approx 5 months, the pup took off the entire front wall. It fell to pieces. Prior to this, the dog really didn't go into the house except to chew and I did feel that the wood was flimsy from the day I installed it. It is a good looking house however. Maybe good product for a dog who doesn't have a biting issue, but not for a hyper pup. Need somehting 'chew-proof'. Maybe one of those igloos, even though they are hidious.

Easy to put together, looks nice, but it does use pretty thin wood. Going to add my own brackets underneath to help secure the floor. For the price though, you can't go wrong.

Some of the wood was chipped when I got the package. The whole time I put the house together I felt I was going to break the house due to it feeling cheap. Looks nice once built. I just hope the material can last.
