I have two puppies that are 12 weeks old, around 25 pounds. They just push this out of their way like it wasn't even there. I have to put something heavy on the other side so they can't. If it were not such a hassle, I would return this. It is very nice quality and nice to look at however.

The gate looks nice enough but my dog pushed it right out of the way immediately and the finish on the gate itself is so strong I had to move it to the garage. Too expensive for the results.
