I jumped from site to site. I read a lot of reviews on this chair. But I love the chair. My daughter was made scared of using the big girl potty bc of a doctor but this chair did the trick! She love's to use this chair. She even helped me put it together. Super easy & great! Could use something soft for the child to set on but great all the way around!

First, ...I had a problem with the shipment date. I sat at home for three quarters of a day, and finally called, and they indicated, we are sorry but, it was not shipped as your email said it did. Now they did give me some credit, but, the saga continues. As a matter of fact it was two days later....before I got it. Secondly, the box was damaged, and I have pictures, and the unit was damage. Too late to get another one. I am completely dissatisfied with Hayneedle.com. I had planned on calling you folks again, the seat is damage, ...when they drilled the holes in the seat, it looks like it went right through the board....the pink paint is cracked and about a 1/2 inch mark is quite noticeable because the paint it off it. Lastly, I'm truly not a complainer....but, I've bought many things online, and this has just been a disaster. Now I have to give my daughter a damage gift for our grandchild....at Christmas....that's not my style. Not happy at all. I will probably never ever use your company again.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

We were planning a birthday party---a Princess Tea Party---for our toddler. We thought the princess potty chair would be a lovely addition to our guest bath for all the little princesses. The potty is darling! The colors, design---particularly the book & paper holder--- are features not found in other pottys. Highly recommend!
