This is a nice pan, but BEWARE-it is not dishwasher safe. The pan description here on this site states as much, but I guess I missed it. I made an assumption because most of the non-stick cookware nowadays is. Plus, I couldn't imagine Rachael putting out cookware that needed to be hand washed. I decided to keep it anyway. It is a useful size and works well. But the hand washing is definitely a minus.

I don't cook a lot, but now I use this pan for EVERYTHING. The high sides are perfect for stir frying, saute cooking, soups, chilis, any recipe that you keep adding ingredients to, it handles it ALL. There is NOTHING I don't like about this pan. It's design fits perfectly on the stove and it wipes right out for cleaning.
