A large firebowl sits on top, bearing the stainless steel fire ring and a pile of lava rock from which the flames leap. It's powered by a standard 20 lb. propane tank (not included) hidden inside and lit by an easy push-button ignition. Lava rock and all-weather PVC cover included.

Very solid and really no assembly except to attach a propane tank. I live in Minnesota and hoped it would generate a little more heat. It was a birthday gift for my wife and she loves it. GREAT SHIPPING, FAST!
