This is a very good looking convertible sofa but it is uncomfortable to sit on. I don't know about sleeping on it as I haven't tried that yet. I ordered it because of the other reviews about how comfortable it was. Well, I wondered it I got the same sofa. I couldn't sit on it long before my back started to kill me. I thought maybe it was just me because I am a senior citizen but I had my son and his friend to try it and they said the same thing. So I guess this will go down in the basement and I will have to shop for another sofa.

Great addition to our exercise/guest room! Seats and sleeps very comfortably right out of the box. The firm quality tells me it will last for a long time.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt and in good condition. Delivery person wasn't aware that (female) would need help getting the product into the house/room; the extra note was on the ticket at the office. The service person was willing/able to assist.

This is a great edition to our workout room without taking up too much space. It seats and sleeps very comfortably. The sturdy build and quality innersprings lets me know that this futon will last for a long time. Great Investment! Great Looks! Great Feel! The storage area is well made, roomy and convenient.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was actually earlier than expected by a day or two. It arrived in great condition; cardboard packaged and plastic wrapped. Although the delivery person did bring it into the house, be sure you have someone to help. The delivery person is not required to set-up or take out of the box. Overall, it is not a huge deal to take on.
