Comments about Rock -N-Roller 8 in 1 Cart -R14:
The handtruck arrived on time but had clearly been poorly handled prior to or during shipping. The rear axle and the frame on the opposite end were both bent, and the box was in very bad shape. I would have refused the shipment had I been there when it arrived. I was able to bend things back enough to make it functional. The straightening and assembly took about an hour. There were also some broken plastic end caps. We needed to travel right away with the handtruck so were not able to pursue a replacement.
