Other machine I have had and been using had a plastic hose that would get very hot and would drip.(not rowenta) knew rowenta was a good made product. Have had the same rowenta iron for going on 7 years. The one before that was 15 yrs old and still works, just wanted more holes on bottom for steam pressing. So very pleased that hayneedle had this stand up model and this price. Great Steamer! Just remember it is not a press iron look, but removes all wrinkles.

I use this steam to give my husbands suits the professional look he needs every day for work. faster and better than the last one I bought 1 1/2 years ago. This one turns off if you forget and leave it on, so you can't burn it out. A must for any one who doesn't want to iron and it works great on all my garments also. LOVE IT.
