I was looking for a firepit for the backyard, for entertaining, and to dispose of the wood from several trees I cut down. This fit the bill perfectly, and a good value for what it is. We spent many nights sitting by the fire, grilling hot dogs on sticks or roasting marshmallows... the best part of camping, without having to sleep in a tent! It is solid and sturdy, was easy to put together, and portable. Stows easily in the garage to keep it out of the weather, though it does come with a plastic rain cover. The spark cover is a little flimsy, but gets the job done. Just don't put this on a wooden deck, as it will singe the wood (I propped the legs of mine on wood planks in the backyard, and it burned the wood a little) Throws some good heat, and is large enough to fit some decent sized logs. Good product, I would purchase again!

I ordered and received the following fire pit, however, one of the parts is faulty. One of the parts that makes up the ring around the fire pit was not made correctly. Upon detailed examination, it looks like it was welded on backwards (see attached photo) so the curve is not in line with the fire pit - as a result, the hoop ring does not fit around the fire pit.
As a result, the fire pit cannot be moved easily, and the ring is not stable as it cannot be completely connected together.
Please provide a replacement part for the item above, or let me know what other action I need to take to get this matter resolved.

The fire pit arrived within three days of ordering. Although the directions stated two people should assemble, it was easy to assemble by myself. The color was a little different than expected from the picture, but acceptable.

Folks you won't go wrong with this fire pit, well built and nice looking and large bowl which is also deep for containing fire.It already has holes (6) in bottom in event water gets in bowl. In write up no mention of a grate that goes in bottom but this one came with one. also I'm going to be using mine to cook off of as well so I bought the grill assembly.
