I had such high hopes for this item. I really like the way it looks and was excited to put it in my home. When I recieved it, the materials are solid but the craftmanship was horrible. None of the holes lined up and the bolts were so long that they broke the back of the acorn nuts. I literally had to drill new holes for almost every fastener on the back side of this item. The pegs that are sent with this item to hold the bow don't fit the holes very securely and as Joe the hunter mentioned some of them don't even sit level, they point down. I too was required to use epoxy to keep the pegs from falling out. The pegs are also too short to hold a bow securely unless they put some type of a knob on the end of the peg to keep the bow from sliding off. I am afraid to put an expensive bow on it for fear that it will fall off.

Overall this rack could be a great product if they had a better quality control system and craftmanship that didn't require me to go get a drill and my own fasteners to assemble.

When i opened the box the look was incredible. As i began to put it together things were tough. the acorn nuts broke due to bolts being slightly to long, the pegs holes were too large and angled downward. The pegs required gorilla glue to hold them in place. Even with the glue i am a little hesitant to hang my new 2012 Matthews HeliM on it due to worry of the pegs slipping downward and damaging my bow. I love the look just wish the machining and quality control was a little better prior to shipment. The instructions for assembly were not useful at all. I believe they have a great looking product and would buy from them again but strongly encourage Rush Creek to take this as constructive criticism and make it better.
