The private access Salsbury Key Keeper is constructed of impressive 20-gauge steel and comes in your choice of aluminum or brass finish and mounting style. This unit allows your mail carrier to access a key and deliver the mail safely. Includes 2 keys so you always have a spare. Measures 2L x 6W x 3.25H inches.

Private Access vs. USPS Commercial Mailboxes

If a private individual (non-USPS employee) will be delivering the mail, this is for you. These mailboxes will come with a factory-installed master commercial lock for access to the whole unit through one opening. These are commonly used by colleges, commercial buildings, government agencies, and more.

USPS Delivery Commercial Mailboxes
For multi-tenant uses where a USPS employee will be delivering mail to a bank of mailboxes. Your local postmaster, upon request, will install a mater postal lock that allows access only by a USPS employee through one opening. These are commonly used by apartment complexes, residential developments, condominiums, and more.
