Don't believe the delivery date on the website! I don't completely blame Hayneedle, but the supplier of this item - Lifestyle Solutions - has yet to deliver my futon frame which I ordered almost three weeks ago. Hayneedle has called them numerous times and the supplier has told them my item shipped, but it's not true. Two weeks "In Fulfillment", and now my account says "Backordered" with no shipment in sight, despite the fact that the supplier said we'd have it tomorrow. We were hoping to have the frame in time for houseguests; guess it's a good thing we ordered the futon mattress from another supplier, at least we were able put it on the floor for our guests to sleep on.
