I have been having neck problems and my regular fiber filled pillow was not helping and I wasn't getting a good nights sleep. I did research on several different pillows that are made specifically for neck and back problems. I chose this pillow due to the design and thickness. I wanted something with good support and cushioning but not too soft or fluffy. I have been using my pillow for 3 days and I can tell a big difference. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this pillow to everyone. It is a good price and definitely worth the money.
