Loved the product. However, it was missing two rings that go around the wine glass. Can they be replaced?
Everything is very colorful and shiny; however, many rings were tarnished or had beads missing. And there is supposed to be a bead at end opening of the ring, but many came unglued. I had my husband help me glue the end beads back on. I ordered 2 trees--one for my supervisor and assistant supervisor, so it was kinda time consuming. And since it was my year to purchase the presents on behalf of all 30 of us employess, I wanted these to look good.
