I spent countless hours doing research on futon frames and the companies that manufacture and resell them. Hayneedle was by far the most comprehensive, informative, and easiest site to use when purchasing this fram. The search options made it especially easy to narrow down the many options availible and their check out system, once I finally decided on the frame I wanted, was very user friendly. Having free shipping along with an easy to schedule delivery day and time was a blessing, and the delivery company was very courteous and careful when unloading the frame. The frame itself is of wonderful quality, easy to put together with two people and looks very nice in our office/spare bedroom. I would highly recommend this product and this company to anyone and everyone who is looking to buy a futon frame. I will likely shop with this company again for other furniture as the need arises as their prices are resonable, their web site is one of the best I've encountered, and their selection is amazing!

I purchased this futon in the Honey Oak, with the drawers. The futon seems really nice and sturdy, and I absolutely love the flip-out side table things on each arm. It was a little disappointing to learn that the drawers don't attach to the futon frame--they just sit on the ground under the futon. They do have rollers attached, but if your futon is sitting on carpet, they don't exactly roll smoothly out. If I were to do the purchase over again, I think I would buy the same futon frame, but not the drawer add-ons--a few wicker baskets underneath the frame would do just as nicely for storage, while being more affordable. One other thing to note, my queen sized futon hangs over a little bit in each direction. It's kind of nice that it seems a little big for the frame, because the mattress is wedged in pretty tight and doesn't move much, but it also doesn't look as neat as the one in the photo.

Love the futon, and use it for guest bed. Comes with just the frame, and no mattress. Easy to put together. Sturdy. Tables on the side of futon are great.
Only bad experience is when I ordered product, and the customer service told me mattress was included, which I later found out was not true.
