Paid full price approx 3 yrs ago. Used less thn 1Xevery 3 mo. Only for special ocassions. Live alone, no animals, few guests, no heavy traffic.
Machine will not steam! Occ will spurt steam but
not on the mop. Very disapointed and will never recommend;as a matter of fact will tell everyone what a unless cleaner it is and not to buy. When call for help do not get anyone I can understand.
