I got a Shark Steam Mop last week and I find it great. We have 3 little Dogs that leave paw marks all over the wood floor and with the Shark there is no evidence the dogs were ever in the room. It cleans the tiled floor in the kitchen really great. So far we have had no problems with it and I would recommend it to a friend.

Over the past year we have used it every other day or so. I do not have hard water but have had to clean the steam outlets regularly. The steam hose has blown off twice and now some 16 months after purchase it has quit making steam at all.
