Received shimpment VERY FAST, but one (1) tire was FLAT; inner tube had a one (1) inch slash/hole in it. Called your CUSTOMER SERVICE Depsrtment and have been waiting OVER THREE (3) WEEKS for the promised REPLACEMENT!!!
