Looks nice, works well. The tall spark guard with hinged opening makes it perfect for roasting hotdogs and marshmellows while being able to keep sparks from flying.

All items rec'd promptly (2 boxes, same delivery) . Arrived w/o damage. Well-packed in styrofoam formed to fit components. I have not used this item yet. I found the assembly easy. Everything well-marked. So far (without using it yet), I feel that for the price this purchase was a good value. Especially having the 2 screens and a cover. The cover fits over the domed screen and secures under the lip of the fire pit securely. I do agree with other reviewers that the copper pit itself is very thin, so I may be editing this review. But so far, so good.

I recently purchased this firepit and the only reason I don't give it a 5 is that something can always be better....given that I have used this firepit a couple of times and people have committed how great it looks and works. I put in a duralog with a couple of pieces of dried split wood and I have a fire for 4 hours. No smoke the domed cover works great and it was very easy to assemble. What is not mentioned in the description is that included is a wood grate, very nice cover that is easy to use, and the small screen seen in the similar models. I did have some issues verifying if the grate and cover were included before I made my purchase. Let me assure you it is.

We use this pit as a decoration and for informal backyard gatherings around a roaring fire. We like the size and looks of the pit, the screens that came with it (one deep and one shallow), and the cover that protects it from inclement weather. We wish that the bowl and legs were heavier and stronger, and that the bowl had a drain from which rainwater could escape. We are happy with our purchase.
