Although we just received the steam cleaner, we used it almost immediately and found it to be as advertised. I have read other reviews which indicate that it does not last long, so I also quickly registered it with the manufacturer. So far, so good. Now, as for directions, the product was made in China and the directions were written by a Chinese person, so, it was a trip. Unclear, not at all detailed, and some interpretation necessary, but that is not Hayneedles fault.
