The swing is beautiful. It is exactly as it is described. I really like it! The instructions were terriblen. There is NO way you can assemble canopy as directed. The screws to build were very difficult to get inserted or started. Overall product good; directions not so much. Also graphics om instructions are some pictured from front; others from rear and is confusing. We were short 2 wing nuts and other screws.
The swing is great the instructions not so much. It actually took us 2 hrs in 2 nites to complete; altho we had to go buy screws. thumbs up! I'm happy!

Please, please, please do not buy this product. The only reason I gave it a 1 star was because I couldn't give it a zero stars. Poor construction, not safe, and horrible assembly instructions. And the kicker, it doesn't convert easily into a bed. You have to reassemble. False advertising if you ask me. On a positive note, customer service was very friendly. This swing is getting shipped back ASAP!

My wife loves it. A couple of problems that I had was that the supplied wrenches stripped easily and it could have included more washers. The instructions are tricky at first but did not take too long to figure out. Overall great product.

The cushions are too thick, the material is not "sun proof", canopy faded quickly and now has a hole in it. I replaced the cushions, they are much thinner and a bit more comfortable. I would not recommend this product, wish I could get my money back!

4hours to put together. We are used to putting things together this was a disaster. Instruction were horrid. Need to put together a DVD with 3dimension. Fabric cheap not waterproof. Think twice

I got this swing last spring. So excite. I managed to get it together myself, had to ask for a bit of extra strength and advice but got it together. I found the transferring from bed to seat a bit of a hassle; unscrew here- screw there- unscrew, screw again. Then befor the season was over,
while relaxing in it one evening I here this strange noise. I check it out only to see that the canvas support for the cushion had ripped all the way across bottom at the seam. Used very little the past season and now useless for this year. Very very disappointed.
When my son seen me take it out of the box, the 1st thing he said was to send it back. I do wish now that I had listened to him. Money thrown down the drain. Wasted
