5 stars for the rack; 1 for the hardware.
This rack is just small enough to fit in the cooking corner of our eat-in farm house kitchen yet large and sturdy enough to hold a heavy 13 piece "pro" stainless clad cookware set. The two-tier arrangement does a good job of placing pots at different hieghts to make access to each easier. Rack is well built, heavy welded steel. The finish seems well applied. Ours is antique bronze and is essentially satin black with a peppering of dark metallic brown paint dots. It's pleasing but not like a bronse plating. We are pleased with the rack and expect it'll last a lifetime.
However, the supplied hanging hardware is just the opposite. The hooks are little cast zink jobs and the chains are made of bent unwelded wire links. These are ment to hang a light-weight swag lamp or small potted plant. Decorative, yes but not, in my opinion, safe for a working pot rack that weighs about 30 pounds empty. The manufacturer should either up-grade the hardware to appropriate pieces or cut the rack price a bit so the user can buy the right stuff.
