Description
The Solar Shed Light is an energy-efficient, hassle-free solution for lighting sheds, barns, greenhouses, or other structures without electrical wiring. This light includes an adjustable solar panel and a light fixture with 24 LEDs. That's everything you need for quick, easy installation.
The highly efficient monocrystal solar panel features in integral compass, so you can easily adjust it for maximum sun exposure. There's also a nightlight built into the light fixture so you can easily locate the switch, even in the dark.
This system operates on just 4 AA batteries and the included 1.2V 1.200mA rechargeable battery. Its low voltage design provides safe use and installation. On a full charge, the battery will provide up to 2 hours of light.

I installed the light in my 8 x 10 wooden shed. The install was easy; drilled a hole for the power cord, mount the panel on the outside, mount the light on the inside. I had to use my own 2" screws to mount the panel. The siding on my shed is hardie board and the screws provided did not work well.

With darkness arriving earlier in the day, my son uses this hands free light to count his chickens after they have returned to the coop. It also lets him gather the eggs after darkness.
It was not really worth the effort or expense to run power to the coop. The solar light was the most cost effective method to provide limited use lighting.

We inatalled in our feed barn. Lights up the entire area, the base of the solar panel is plastic but I would buy again

I installed the product in the 10x10 shed. It works great! I loved the product but not too impress with the price for the material being used....(cheap plastic). I think the light itself can be used with alumium will be much attractive for the price.
