We had been thinking about buying one of these for a long time. Finally, our dog (30 lb whippet) tore his cruicate and had sugery to repair. He is getting around pretty well, but can't go very far for walks at this time, so he gets left behind. We decided to order the trailer and the stroller kit for him. We went with the large, because he likes to stand up, and he would not have been able to stand up in the medium trailer.
My husband assembled it easily, and it seems very well made. We tried it out today, using the stroller kit - ran into some problems with that front wheel. If I walked faster than a slow stroll, it "wobbled", and sometimes even when I was going slowly. Mike was able to take off the black cover (over the wheel) and tighten it. After that, no problem - I was able to walk at my normal pace and jog.
Best of all, Asher seems to really like it! With the front and back closed, he laid down and looked around. With the front open, he stood up, head out, looking around.
I am glad it folds up, because it is just as large as you think it will be! We assembled inside, and had some trouble getting it through the door.

The dog trailer box was torn open when it was received. When checked, the fabric on the dog carrier was found to be punctured in two places from the wheels and/or components in the box itself. There appears to be insufficent packing material to keep the internal merchandise from moving inside the box and causing damage to the dog carrier fabric.

I've used this trailer now for well over 500 miles, pulling my 65# dog or groceries etc. I still give it a 5 star rating as nothing has broke or given me a problem. And the dog loves it. He gets all excited when I mention a bike ride.

I wanted a trailer for my 65# dog. I didn't want to spend a lot. I wanted a trailer that could haul a lot of weight. This trailer does it all. It is very easy to set up (takes less than 2 min to set up or tear down), large enough for all but the biggest dogs, and can handle over 100# when I use it for bike camping or shopping.

I needed a trailer to accommodate both my dogs,if necessary. My older dog needed to get out as she can no longer walk far. The younger dog runs with the bike. I can now ride further, giving the younger dog a rest from time to time. The trailer had to be able to carry 80lbs.
I can also go to the grocery store and load up the goods into the trailer!
