Not great quality in the finish work. They put a patch right in the front which is not flush with the surface of the wood. It even shows after painting. Tried to sand it down before painting without much luck. Also the top trim piece was too long and would not fit where the opening of the actual fireplace is. Had to trim it to the correct size.

[...] the measurements of it and the choices I had to choose from were impressive also. It came really quickly in easy to assemble pieces. I am currently in the process of staining and polyurethaning it, but so far has taken the stain well so the quality of the pine is very good. The interior molding pieces are too long and must be trimmed to fit which seems to be the only draw back. I have yet to use liquid nails to secure it to the wall, so I cannot comment on the ease of attachment at this time.
