Comments about Spotty XL Insulated Flat Roof Dog House with Heater:

The roof is leaking and only had it for 16 months.
Originally purchased this for my Husky but she did not like it because the bottom floor boards are so thin and flimsy. So thought I would just keep it for my Jack Russell's but they didn't use it either and its an XL size. Lot of the broken parts upon delivery as well but i made it work with some adjustments.
The roof is caving in and sidewalls are soaked and falling apart already as well.
      Save your money!!!

Comments about Spotty XL Insulated Flat Roof Dog House with Heater:

I purchased this dog house for my outside dog along with a dog house furnace. I purchased it believing it would be insulated enough to maintain heat in the winter. It is a joke. The dog house is so thin and the insulation is barely there. I had to add an additional heating pad for the dog since the insulation is so terrible and the walls so thin. A total waste of money!

Comments about Spotty XL Insulated Flat Roof Dog House with Heater:

I would not recommend this doghouse for outdoors in harsh weather conditions. I plan to use it inside my garage and with the heater. It is constructed from very light material. You will need to trim the floor boards to fit around the door. Construction is very simple. The only tools needed were a philips screw driver and a small saw to cut the floor boards.
The floor is very light and I will support it probably with some bricks.
If you use the heater you will need three 1 1/2 inch wood screws and a way to drill a hole in the back for the heater plug wire to fit through.
overall, with some adjustments, this will work for my situation.
